How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked through Studio MM's online booking process, or by calling or texting directly. Simply select your service, choose your preferred date and time, and submit your booking request through the booking link provided. If you prefer, you may also contact Studio MM directly to schedule your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will require a 25% deposit before booking a future appointment. This policy helps protect reserved time and allows us to accommodate other clients.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened in order to stay on schedule for other clients. In some cases, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can fully enjoy your appointment time.
Can I bring children or guests to my appointment?
To maintain a calm, safe, and focused environment, children and guests are not permitted at appointments unless they are the client receiving the service. We ask that you please arrange childcare in advance before arriving for your appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Studio MM accepts credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash for all appointments.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Studio MM operates by appointment only unless otherwise stated. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and to receive the full attention and time your appointment requires.
